On Monday, June 29, 2026, our association held its regular general meeting at the Encity Hotel Nobeoka. A total of four agenda items were proposed, including the business report for the previous fiscal year and the business plan for the current fiscal year. The agenda items are as follows:

Agenda Item 1: Business Report and Financial Statement for Fiscal Year 7

Agenda Item No. 2: Proposed Business Plan and Budget for Fiscal Year 8

Agenda Item 3: Amendment of the Articles of Incorporation

Agenda Item 4: Election of Directors upon Expiration of Term

All four of the above proposals were passed as originally submitted, and our association's activities for fiscal year 2026 will now officially begin.
