Japan's southernmost sake brewery
Sentoku Sake Brewery is located near the Ose River downstream of the Gokase River system, which has the highest water quality ranking in Japan. It is the only sake brewery in Miyazaki Prefecture, known as the kingdom of shochu.
From washing the rice to shipping, Sentoku Sake Brewery is committed to using traditional hand-made methods as much as possible, and even in processes that require the use of machines, they thoroughly inspect the process visually, always striving to keep a close eye on the situation. You can also sample and purchase their sake at the Hanakagurakan, adjacent to the brewery.
