佐藤焼酎製造場 株式会社

Based on the concept of "creating your own garden," the school continues to evolve even now, more than 100 years after its founding.

The Sato Shochu Factory is located downstream of the Iwaiko River, which flows through the Iwaiko River Valley (Sobo-Kasumi Quasi-National Park), a series of huge granite rocks. The building has an impressive, sophisticated design reminiscent of a museum.
Based on the concept of "self-created gardens," where Nobeoka's beautiful nature, agricultural products, history and culture are in harmony, people are deeply connected, and people live fulfilling lives, the company continues to evolve even now, more than 100 years after its founding, and is expanding its business not only domestically but also globally.
Using a wide variety of carefully selected ingredients such as rice, potatoes, barley, and chestnuts, we have created the first shochu in Japan made from chestnuts.
