Founded in April 4 (Showa 2).
We used to mainly sell our proud sake manju, brown sugar manju, sekihan (red bean rice), and mochi (rice cakes), but since around 53 we have been striving to shift from mass production and sales of a few varieties to small-batch production and sales of many varieties, and have added Japanese sweets that have a longer shelf life, and currently we have about 20 kinds of sweets available.
