We participate in the daily auction at Totoro Fishing Port, located right in front of our restaurant, and carefully select the ingredients that are landed. We select ingredients that are fresh enough to be used for sashimi, and we also adjust our own seasonings in-house, striving every day to create the most delicious flavor.
In order to bring out the best in carefully selected fresh ingredients and deliver the deliciousness they have, we are committed to traditional methods of making our products without additives or artificial colors, even though this takes time and effort. Each item is carefully handcrafted, so we cannot mass-produce them. We hope to have a long-lasting relationship with you.
The facility also has a restaurant called "Totoro no Totoya" where you can enjoy fresh, locally caught seafood. The restaurant offers a daily special, so why not stop by for lunch?
