We have been engaged in fish farming for over 50 years in the waters off Shimanoura, an island about a 10-minute boat ride from the Nobeoka mainland.
We raise our own fish, bleed each one individually, and then process them at our own processing plant near the port to manufacture and sell sashimi blocks and a wide variety of frozen sashimi products.
