I've loved my mother's chicken wing dumplings ever since I was a child. My mother retired in 2024.
Hearing her say, "I want to try something new!", I launched "Kai Souzai," a company that produces chicken wing dumplings, which she had loved since childhood.
We use domestically produced chicken and pork to make two types of chicken wing dumplings: regular and curry-flavored.
Each item is handcrafted with love and care.
