Cuisine centered around Nobeoka ingredients
It opened in his wife's hometown of Nobeoka in the year of the earthquake.
"Nobeoka is blessed with great ingredients. The quality of the seafood and mountain produce is also high. I'm originally from Kagawa in Shikoku, but I'm really glad I opened my shop in Nobeoka," says owner Yoshimura.
The restaurant serves only course meals, and mainly uses local ingredients.
Our restaurant is primarily counter-based, allowing you to enjoy your meal while watching the food being prepared.
There is a wide selection of sake that goes well with the food, and the restaurant is popular with elderly people and women. Boxed lunches are also available upon request.

We operate with the sole desire to make our customers happy.
Although the courses are fixed, we offer subtle, custom-made dishes by adjusting the salt content to suit each customer. We cook with an awareness of adding a little extra effort while still bringing out the flavor of the ingredients.
What makes me happiest is seeing customers' faces light up the moment the food hits their lips. It makes me so happy when those customers become repeat customers and introduce new customers to us. It's also fun to see our staff bring their parents or siblings over for private meals and enjoy themselves. It's also nice to see the surprised looks on everyone's faces when they try our food.
