Introducing three unique sake breweries nurtured by the water of Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture.

In Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture, there are three breweries that support different drinking cultures: sake, shochu, and craft beer. They are affectionately known locally as "Mitsukura" (Three Breweries).

Nobeoka, blessed with the pure waters of the Gokase River and Iwai River, is the source of its uniquely flavorful sake. Each brewery has been brewing sake for many years, cherishing the local nature, agricultural products, and connections with the people.

Traditional sake, evolving shochu with innovative ideas, and world-renowned craft beer.

Brewery tours are available, so please take the opportunity to compare the flavors of the three breweries and experience Nobeoka's unique sake culture.

Sentoku Brewery

A sake brewery, Miyazaki Prefecture's only one, with a history spanning over 100 years.

This is the only sake-specialized brewery in Miyazaki Prefecture, continuing to brew sake for over 100 years since its founding. Using sake rice grown under contract and groundwater from the Gokase River, the brewers carefully brew the sake under strict temperature control.

While preserving tradition, they continue to challenge themselves with new flavors, and are loved by many people not only locally but also throughout the prefecture and beyond.

Sato Shochu Distillery

A shochu distillery that connects the blessings of nature with the feelings of people.

This shochu distillery stands on the banks of the Shukugawa River. Using deep-sea water filtered through granite layers and locally grown barley, rice, sweet potatoes, and chestnuts as ingredients, they produce a variety of unique shochu and liqueurs.

We value the connection between nature and people, and we are committed to sake brewing that utilizes the skills and sensibilities of our brewers.

Miyazaki Hideji Beer

A craft beer challenger recognized worldwide

Located at the foot of Mt. Mukaiyama, this craft beer brewery utilizes spring water nurtured by the rich natural environment and its own cultured yeast, and has received high praise in numerous international competitions.

We are also working on developing products using local agricultural products and cultivating raw materials, continuing to spread the appeal of craft beer from Nobeoka to the world.
