[For Restaurants] Guide to Using the Food Hub Facility "Kawamachi Exchange Center"

Kawamachi Exchange Center accepts applications from restaurants and food vendors for events. If you wish to use our facilities, please review the following information and apply.

Flow of use (for restaurant use)

(1) Submission of application for use

Depending on the period of use and circumstances, please submit the "Application Form" to Kawamachi Community Center by the following deadlines.

- For use for 30 days or more consecutively: 3 months to 1 month before the start date of use.

・Other: 14 to 2 days before the start of use

*During the "Ayu Yana season" from September to December, the designated management company will separately recruit food service providers.


(2) Payment of usage fees (prepayment)

As a general rule, payment is made the day before use or immediately before use.

Basic fee: 5,090 yen (excluding tax)

When using the facilities: There is a charge of 100 yen per unit per hour for appliances such as refrigerators and freezers.


(3) Issuance of a permit for use

A "permission to use" will be issued by the designated management company.


(4) Start of use

Use will begin within the permitted period and time (available hours: 8:00 AM to 22:00 PM).


(5) Settlement based on sales (post-payment)

After the usage period ends, the fees will be settled based on actual sales performance.

The final usage fee = the sales amount multiplied by 7.1/100.

If this calculated amount does not reach the basic fee (5,090 yen) paid in step ②, you will only be responsible for the basic fee.
